These terms govern your use of the DJ Motors website, customer account features and vehicle reservation system.
General website use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not in any way that could damage, disrupt or misuse the DJ Motors platform.
Vehicle listings
DJ Motors aims to ensure that vehicle descriptions, prices, specifications and images are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, and availability may change without notice.
A vehicle listing does not guarantee availability until confirmed directly by DJ Motors.
Reserve now deposits
A £99 reservation deposit is refundable for the first 24 hours after payment. After 24 hours, if the reservation is cancelled by the customer for any reason, the £99 deposit becomes non-refundable. If DJ Motors cancels the reservation for any reason, the deposit will be refunded.
- The reservation deposit is intended to temporarily hold the vehicle.
- The reservation does not by itself complete the sale of the vehicle.
- DJ Motors reserves the right to cancel a reservation where necessary, including stock, legal, technical or operational issues.
- Where DJ Motors cancels the reservation, the deposit will be refunded.
- After the initial 24-hour period, customer cancellations are non-refundable.
User accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
- DJ Motors may suspend or disable accounts involved in abuse, spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
Reviews and submissions
Any review, message or content submitted to DJ Motors must be accurate, lawful and non-abusive. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, reject or remove content at our discretion.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ Motors shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
DJ Motors may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the latest version.
